Reservations can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard,Amex, Diners), which will not be charged until your arrival. Reservations can also be made sending a 50% deposit through Wire Transfer. The Client's online reservation is complete only after SuitesRome has sent the final Confirmation Voucher by e-mail. The Confirmation Voucher guarantees the availability of the apartment,and is valid for the number of people specified on the Voucher.

CANCELLATIONS
Refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled three weeks prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled less than three weeks prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will be forfeited (also for Credit Card reservations).
In case your trip is postponed, arrangements can be made for making a new reservation.
The original deposit will be used for your new reservation. In case of no show: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

PAYMENT
The balance is always paid in advance, before taking possession of the apartment.
Accepted forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex,Diners. Cash is welcome (local currency).
No traveller's cheques, or personal cheques.

EXTRA SECURITY DEPOSIT
In case of stays of 4 people longer than seven nights, an extra security deposit may be required.
The minimum amount is Euro 250, but may vary according to the length of the stay, and will be returned, in full, unless serious damage has been caused to the apartment.
In case of groups of more than 4 people the extra security deposit may be required for any length of stay.

CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT
Hours of regular check- in (with luggage deposit) are Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am until 8.30 pm.
However, in busy season the suites consignment, regularly cleaned, is granted even around 14.30 pm.
From 8.30 pm to 11.30 pm there is an additional check-in fee of Euro 50,00.
Outside of the above days and check-in hours, approval of Booking Request will be granted at the discretion of the owner. On the day of their departure, Guests will be required to leave the apartments by 12 am at the latest.
For clients wishing to have some extra hours after check-out time, stay may be granted for an extra fee of Euro 50,00 (until 6pm maximum and provided that there are no other scheduled arrivals).

CLEANING SERVICES
All SuitesRome's Guests will find at their arrival a clean suite, with clean linen, and three towels (wash-cloth, hand-towel and bath-towel) for each guest. Cleaning is performed every other day (except Public Holidays,Christmas eve, New Years Eve) from 9.30 thru 1.00pm. If you leave your suite late we cannot perform the cleaning services.
No other cleaning services are performed or provided with no extra charge and out of the established time.
Arrangements can be made for particular needs and in case of longer stays.

OTHER SERVICES
Guest's stay is completely independent. There is no Reception service. Guest are welcome at the check in , furnished with a set of keys , useful telephone numbers for security reason (loss of keys,care of electricity,water problems, etc..) are supplied. Guests are free to use phone at the entrance to call all area numbers in Rome and in Italy and the emergency mobiles of the staff.

UTILITIES
All utilities are free.
Computer at the entrance is only for internal use. Internet plugs and wi fi area can be used with your own computer.
Air-conditioning is provided from June through September and can be regulated indipendently.

DAMAGES
The Client is responsible to SuitesRome for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings, utensils and equipment there in or to the apartment generally by any act, default or neglect of the Client or guests of the Client and shall pay to SuitesRome on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
All guests at the SuitesRome apartments are required to present a copy of valid photo identification upon check- in.

LEGAL DISPUTES
This Agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the Italian laws without regard to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof. You agree that any legal disputes will be handled by the Foro di Roma.
